Other international destinations

Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland and United States.

United States coverage: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and PO boxes are excluded. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch from UK stock

We dispatch Dankproof bags from Swanley, Kent. Paid, in-stock orders received before 11am UK time Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options and prices

Available delivery services, delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout for your address before payment. Please check these before ordering. We only accept delivery addresses supported by checkout.

Where a next-day service is offered, select it at checkout and order before the 11am working-day cutoff. Next-day delivery refers to the selected carrier service after dispatch, is subject to postcode coverage and carrier conditions, and is not an unconditional guarantee. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

International delivery

We offer tracked delivery to all 27 EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Canada and the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and PO boxes are not covered by our US courier option. Availability and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

International postage is calculated by destination and order weight. Our online rates cover smaller orders; if no service appears for a larger order, email us for a shipping quote before purchasing. Typical carrier transit estimates after dispatch are 3–5 working days for Royal Mail services to Europe, 7–12 working days for Evri to the USA, 9–12 working days to Canada and 7–13 working days to Australia. Swiss services may take 3–15 working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; customs processing, local holidays and remote-area delivery can take longer.

Import taxes, duties and customs charges

International shipping charges cover transport only. We do not collect destination import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or customs-clearance fees at checkout. Any such charges are payable by the recipient to the carrier or relevant authority, and may be required before delivery. This also applies to EU and US orders. Please consider these additional costs before ordering; there is no promise of duty-free delivery.

Our bags are manufactured in China and dispatched from UK stock. Customs declarations use the correct country of origin, goods description and order value; purchases will not be declared as gifts. If you have questions about delivery or customs charges, contact us before purchasing.

Tracking and delivery problems

We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if you need to correct it. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email ryan@dankproof.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
