Products and orders

Check the size, pack quantity, colour and description before placing an order. Product photographs may include props which are not supplied. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. These points do not reduce your right to goods that match their description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Checkout lets you review and correct your order before payment. We will email an order acknowledgement; your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery

See our shipping policy and the delivery options at checkout. We aim to dispatch paid, in-stock orders received before 11am UK time on working days the same day. Delivery estimates are distinct from dispatch times. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can resolve it. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations, returns and quality

Our return and refund policy explains cancellation rights, refunds, faulty goods and our extra 30-day quality promise with free return postage for unused bags when you are unhappy with their quality. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using the bags

Follow the product description and care instructions. Close the seal fully and keep the outside and seal clean. Odour transferred onto the outside through handling can remain on the exterior even when the contents are sealed inside. Keep packaging bags away from babies and children.

Privacy and website content

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Dankproof branding, photographs and website content must not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Do not misuse the website or interfere with its security.

Problems and your rights

Please contact us with any complaint so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by English law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where they live. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not alter an order already accepted.
